*The time recommended by cdVet for switching to other Fit-Crock foods is to give bone growth time to mature due to reduced protein intake.

Puppy mash: From the 3rd to 4th week, you should start feeding your puppy mash if necessary. Puppy mash makes the transition from milk to solid food easier for puppies and should be offered in shallow bowls.

Preparation: Mix Fit-Crock Puppy Lamb with hot water and leave to soak for at least 45 minutes. Allow the mash to cool to approx. 35 - 37°C (lukewarm) before feeding.

Mixing ratio: 1 part Fit-Crock Puppy Lamb to 4 parts water. Prepare each meal fresh.

For motherless puppies, it is recommended to prepare the puppy mash with 2 parts water and then mix with 2 parts mixed cdVet puppy milk.
