It is important to us that you choose every product carefully and make conscious purchasing decisions. Returns cause high costs and place an additional burden on our environment. Choose a product that you want to keep and check the size chart, product description and pictures carefully.

We do NOT offer free returns. Regarding the return shipment to us in Austria 🇦🇹, you are welcome to use a shipping service provider of your choice.

If you wish to return the goods to us, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We cannot accept unstamped return parcels. Send the goods back to us in their original packaging and with all packaging components. Please ensure that returned items are not damaged, soiled or show signs of use and enclose the delivery note with the return to ensure smooth processing.
