Unfortunately it doesn't fit after all?

Even though we always endeavour to optimise our product descriptions, images and size charts, it can happen that a dog harness or coat doesn't fit properly or that you had something completely different in mind for your dog.

But don't worry - with us you can return anything within 30 days!

We give you 30 days to check your goods thoroughly. Within this period, you can return items without any problems. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused items. Please take care not to remove labels or soil the item.

Returns within the EU

If you wish to return the goods to us, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We cannot accept unstamped returns from abroad.

A return from non-EU countries is unfortunately not possible.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract (see Seller's Right of Withdrawal).
