These instructions for the return process do not affect the statutory cancellation right. The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and components. Returned items must be undamaged, clean and unused. After trying remove any pet hair completely.

EU Customers

If you wish to return a product to us, please enclose the delivery slip and send the package back to us. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Non-EU Customers

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union (see "Terms and Conditions").

Returns FAQ:

Once your return reaches our logistics center and has been checked, we will refund you the invoice amount. The refund will be different depending on the method of payment and will be made within 14 days of receipt of return.

Credit Card:

Credit will be transferred to your credit card account. Your credit will be displayed on your next credit card bill.

PayPal:

Credit will be transferred to your PayPal account. There are several possibilities with PayPal e.g.: The amount will stay in your PayPal account. The credit can then be transferred to your bank account or credit card account at your convenience.

Exchanges:

Simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order via the shop. That way, you can immediately save the desired size and color. The amount of money of the returned goods will be separately refunded after return receipt and inspection of the goods to you.
