Ruffwear The Beacon™ is an LED safety light for dogs, designed to make your four-legged partner clearly visible from a distance (750 meters in clear visibility) even at dusk, in fog or in the dark. This dog safety light, tested on dogs and in the field, is rugged, compact, waterproof, ultra-lightweight and easy to use. The Beacon™ can be attached by clip to pretty much all dog gear and dog clothing from Ruffwear. Whether dog collar, dog backpack, clothing, life vest or life jacket or dog harness - The Beacon™ is compatible with any product from Ruffwear.

LED flashing light rechargeable via USB

For added safety of even the accompanying biped, the safety flashing light can also be worn by joggers, hikers, cyclists and children or attached to sports equipment. The red LED flashing light measures 45 x 42 x 25 mm and can emit three different colors. The Beacon™ can flash in different rhythms or glow continuously - you control the mode with the button on the side. The transparent shell emits light 360 degrees in all directions. You simply charge it via a 15 cm USB cable, which is of course included. As a result, it has a battery life of up to 20h: 6 hours in continuous light and between 12 and 20 hours depending on the flashing mode. A also indicates when it needs to be recharged.

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return used batteries so that proper disposal can be ensured. You can return used batteries to a municipal collection point or to your local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back used batteries, although our obligation to take back used batteries is limited to those that we carry or have carried in our range as new batteries. You can therefore either return used batteries of the aforementioned type to us with sufficient postage or hand them in directly at the address given in the imprint free of charge.

Meaning of the battery symbols

Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries containing more than 0.0005% mercury by mass, more than 0.002% cadmium by mass or more than 0.004% lead by mass, the chemical name of the respective pollutant is shown below the dustbin symbol - "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.

Schnauzer

Leicht, klein, aufladbar, schnell überall rangeklipst, hell mit vielen Modi und Farben, ein super Produkt. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Kompatibilität mit anderen Ruffwear Produkten und dass es am Halsband nicht rumbaumelt. Lohnt sich!

Bei nächtlicher Vermisstensuche auf Kenndecke sehr gut geeignet für Sichtbarkeit über mehrere hundert Meter. Endlich ein kräftiges, verlässliches und aufladbares Licht.

Dänisch-Schwedisch-Farmdog (7kg)

Dieses LED-Licht besitze ich bereits seit einem Jahr und setze es sehr ! gern ein. Selbst in den Garten geht der Hund im Dunklen nur mit diesem Licht ( zB. schnell mal morgens vor der ersten Runde ).
Es ist ganz leicht und einfach zu befestigen. Das Ein-und Ausschalten benötigt einen wirklich festen Druck, übt sich aber. Zusammen mit der Warnweste von Ruffwear , aber auch nur am Halsband, ganz prima! Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
